    You can ask for the menus and/or an estimate in the Events and Meetings section or by visiting the hotel you prefer.

  2. Can I celebrate my wedding/christening/first communion at Hoteles Catalonia?
    Yes, many of our hotels have rooms that are appropriate for these events and we will be delighted to prepare such an important day with you. You can even get married at our resorts in the Caribbean.

  1. What is the conference forfait?
    It is a package that includes the most common services requested for business meetings. It can be changed to adapt to each client's requirements.

  1. How do I register to obtain the benefits you offer?
    If you represent a travel agency: complete the registration form. In 24 business hours, we shall send you the access codes and you will be able to make your bookings with our benefits. If you represent a TO: please contact our Commercial Department at comercial@hoteles-catalonia.es If you represent a company: please contact our Commercial Department at comercial@hoteles-catalonia.es and you will be given a tailor-made offer.

  2. I would like to change the details of my account
    When you have accessed your private area, you can change your details as necessary.

Bookings

  1. Do I have access to all my bookings?
    You can see the bookings made over the Hoteles Catalonia website that have not yet been enjoyed by the guest, as long as they have not been cancelled.

  2. How do I cancel a booking?
    You can request the cancellation of a booking in your agency/company's private area, retrieving the booking you want to cancel.

  3. How do I change my bookings?
    You can telephone or send an e-mail to the hotel or the central bookings office. You must provide the locator, the name of the main guest or the arrival date.

The texts and graphics (photographs, design, logos, source code and similar) contained in the Website and publicised thereby, as well as their presentation and design, are the exclusive property of HOTELES CATALONIA, S.A. and are protected by Spanish and Community intellectual property legislation as per Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of 12 April, which adopts the Rewritten Text of the Intellectual Property Act and Act 5/1998 of 6 March, governing the incorporation of Directive 96/9/EC for the Legal Protection of Databases into Spanish legislation. No part of this website may be reproduced without express authorisation in writing from HOTELES CATALONIA, S.A.
4. Right to Modify the General Terms and/or Conditions of Contract
HOTELES CATALONIA hereby reserves the right to modify, unilaterally and without notice, whichsoever of the terms and conditions laid down in these General Terms and Conditions of Contract as it considers appropriate.
5. Protection Clause for the General Terms and Conditions of Contract
Should whichsoever of the clauses laid down in these General Terms and Conditions of Contract be declared null and void or rendered ineffective, the remaining General Terms and Conditions shall hold their effect under the agreed terms. No clause laid down in this contract shall affect the provisions governing consumers under any circumstances. If you are not a consumer, you hereby expressly waive your right to abandonment.
6. www.hoteles-catalonia.com and the Acceptance of Regulations of Use
The User is aware that the use of the online booking service implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each of the clauses laid down in the Regulations of Use of the Website as published by HOTELES CATALONIA at the time when the User contracts the service. The said regulations of use complete these General Terms and Conditions with regard to all the provisions that do not oppose the said General Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, the User shall be aware of the importance of consulting the regulations laid down on this page before accessing and/or using these services.
7. The Use of Cookies
Access to this website may involve the use of cookies on the pages on the portal itself and on the pages linked or referenced therefrom. The users that do not wish to receive cookies or wish to be informed of their use may configure their browser accordingly.
8. Competent law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be subject to Spanish law, which shall be applicable with regard to all circumstances not laid down in these terms and conditions regarding the interpretation, validity and performance thereof. HOTELES CATALONIA and the User hereby expressly waive their right to whatsoever other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the domicile of HOTELES CATALONIA for whatsoever controversy arising from the provision of the services laid down in these General Terms and Conditions.
