Hotels in Ibiza
Ibiza Island is part of the Balearic Archipelago and one of the most famous touristic destinations in Spain, especially for young people. Its beaches, landscapes and leisure activities are a claim for those seeking to enjoy holidays in a different way, booking one of our hotels in Ibiza. Unesco declared it World Heritage in 1999, due to its marine biodiversity and the remains of Phoenician, Carthaginian and Roman settlements.
What to visit
Booking in one of our Ibiza hotels is a wise choice. Besides world famous clubs and discos, the island saves some treasure corners for the most curious ones.
The fortified city of Dalt Vila, declared World Heritage, preserves walls and stone paved roads, which date from Roman settlements in Ibiza. The Puig des Molins Necropolis, close to the Roman Road includes over 2.000 carved tombs, some of them suitable for visiting.
If you want to complete your historical tour, you can head towards Archaeological Museum, installed in a 14th century chapel, featuring prehistoric remains, and Phoenician, Carthaginian, Romans and Muslim, as well.
If you wander around Old Ibiza, you will find the Cathedral. We recommend a different experience by visiting the Cathedral at night enjoying its viewpoint.
Ibiza beaches and the small island of Es Vedrá are the most recognizable images in the place. You will be able to enjoy the festivity of drums, one of the many legacies left by the hippy communities when they lived in the island. You will be able to enjoy the spectacular sunsets, viewable from properly oriented beaches, near our hotels in Ibiza. You will be able to take mud baths and natural treatments to nourish and moisturise your skin.
What to eat
The island is full of small bars, restaurants, street stands and hotels where we will be able to enjoy local cuisine. Hotels in Ibiza offer a wide selection of local products to their guests. We recommend you not to miss Payes Bread with Olives Trencades as an appetizer, then continue with pancuit, arros amb mongetes rice or bullit de peix and end up with flaó or xereques for dessert.
